Job summary

Guild Services is seeking a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Intensive Residential Treatment Facility and to lead and develop program staff and supervisors. You will be part of the Clinical Operations Team steering organizational priorities and ensuring trauma-informed, person-centered care for residents.

The role requires coordination of external changes affecting service delivery and finances, with a focus on integration and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Non-profit Management, or Social Work.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Master's degree in the Behavioral Sciences (preferred).
• License as an independent mental health professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) (preferred).
• Must pass MN DHS background check.
• Valid Class D Driver's License with reliable vehicle and insurance.
• Willing to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the Intensive Residential Treatment Facility.
• Provide support, development, and leadership to all program staff and supervisors.
• Manage external changes impacting service delivery, financial structure, integration and expansion opportunities.
• Serve on the Clinical Operations Team with other Guild leaders to advance the agency's mission and vision.
