Job summary

Rediscover is hiring a Licensed Program Manager to lead the Adult and Family Services Therapy Program. You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality, compliant services, and foster a collaborative environment for clinicians and clients across the community.

The role emphasizes adherence to DEA, Missouri DMH, and CARF standards while coordinating with internal and external partners to improve access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a social science field eligible for Missouri licensure.
• Valid clinical license in Missouri (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP).
• At least 5 years of direct clinical experience with adults and/or children.
• At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to flex work schedule to program demands.
• Familiarity with mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop assigned department staff.
• Attend quarterly supervisor meetings.
• Foster a coaching culture and professional growth.
• Create a collaborative, safe therapeutic environment for clients and staff.
• Ensure compliance with DEA, Missouri DMH, and CARF standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external sources to ensure high-quality, timely services.
• Provide feedback and reports to management and funding sources.
• Document client interactions in ReDiscover’s EMR.
