Job summary

ReDiscover in Kansas City, MO seeks a Licensed Program Manager to lead the Adult and Family Services Therapy Program. You will supervise staff, foster a compassionate, outcome-focused environment, and ensure service quality aligned with DEA, Missouri DMH, and CARF standards.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a social science, a valid MO clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP), 5+ years of clinical direct service experience, and 3+ years of supervisory experience, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a social science field defined for licensure in Missouri.
• Valid clinical license in Missouri (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP).
• At least five years of clinical direct service experience with adults and/or children.
• At least three years of supervisory/management experience with mid-level staff.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to flex work schedule to meet program demands.
• Familiarity with mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop assigned department staff and attend quarterly supervisor meetings.
• Foster a coaching culture and professional growth within the team.
• Create a creative, safe therapeutic environment for clients and staff.
• Ensure compliance with DEA, MO Department of Mental Health, and CARF standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external sources to maintain high-quality, timely services.
• Provide feedback and reports to management and funding sources.
• Document client interactions in ReDiscover’s EMR system.
