Job summary

Providence Medical Group Northwest seeks a Manager of Behavioral Health to lead ambulatory programs and advance integration across Primary Care, Care Management Social Work, and Behavioral Health Urgent Care. You will supervise clinicians, shape workflows, and ensure smooth day-to-day outpatient operations.

The role requires a Master's in a relevant field and WA licenses, with at least 5 years of clinical and 3 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field, or equivalent educ/experience.
• Upon hire: Washington Mental Health Counselor License, or; Upon hire: Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License, or; Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License
• 5 years clinical experience in area of clinical specialty
• 3 years clinical supervisory, management or resource experience in the assigned technical or professional area or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Lead ambulatory behavioral health programs across Primary Care Integration, Care Management Social Work, and Behavioral Health Urgent Care.
• Oversee onboarding, staffing support, productivity monitoring, and coverage planning.
• Drive system-wide improvements to support clinicians and deliver high-quality patient care
