Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision of site staff and possibly clinical supervision of mental health staff.
• Coordinate with Behavioral Health Regional Director on administrative and clinical matters.
• Ensure compliance with county/state contracts and agency policies.
• Lead quality improvement and training for site staff.
• Oversee budgeting and resource utilization; engage with community partners.
