Job summary

The Connection is hiring a Program Director 2 to lead Park Street Inn and Park Street Residence in New Haven, CT. You will oversee clinical and administrative supervision, shaping service delivery and program quality in a residential setting.

The candidate will supervise the Program Manager and Clinician, build systems for program integrity, and engage with funders and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with provisional or full licensure required.
• At least 5 years of supervisory and related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable attendance required.
• Knowledge of best practice interventions for adults with severe mental illness and residential program management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision for PSI and PSR.
• Develop and maintain systems to promote effective service delivery.
• Supervise the Program Manager and Clinician.
• Liaise with funders and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
