Job summary

The Connection Inc. in New Haven seeks a Program Director for the Sierra Pre Trial program, directing clinical supervision and program operations to support competency restoration services for justice-involved adults with mental health needs.

The role leads a Team of Clinicians and direct care staff, collaborates with funders and partners, and ensures trauma-informed care within a residential, congregate setting. Strong leadership and licensed eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services discipline.
• 3+ years related leadership experience.
• Licensed or licensed eligible (LMSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPC, LMFTA, LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical and task supervision for the Clinical Manager, Clinician, and direct care staff.
• Oversee program operations and development.
• Collaborate with funders, referring agents, and clinical partners to wrap around services.
