Qualifications

• Master's in Social Services with a California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Four years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting.
• Two years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing.
• Understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification on date of employment.
• Valid California driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle with IRS mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the team providing patient care and manage day-to-day operations of the Program.
