Job summary

Pacific Clinics is launching a Nevada County CSU project and seeks a leader to oversee clinical teams providing intensive stabilization for adults and youth. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, align services with Medi-Cal and W&I codes, and collaborate with community partners for quality outcomes.

The role requires strong crisis management, licensing compliance, and 24/7 readiness. You will supervise clinicians and ensure fiscally responsible program delivery while advancing

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or closely related field.
• Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or equivalent.
• Two years of supervised clinical experience with children or adults.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services with internal and external providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Apply advanced clinical knowledge to intervene in crisis situations.
• Ensure initiation of involuntary holds in accordance with applicable laws.
• Lead team provision of EBPs and mentor staff in best practices.
• Provide crisis prevention, coordination with law enforcement as needed.
• Monitor outcomes and customer satisfaction for clients and referring agencies.
