Job summary

Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority seeks a Behavioral Health Program Director A (Eunoia Center Program Manager) to lead the BHCS Division's community-based behavioral health services. You will supervise staff, coordinate care, oversee 24/7 operations, and deliver programmatic planning, budgeting, and discharge planning with contractors.

The role requires a master's or doctorate in a relevant field plus years of behavioral health leadership, with flexible hours and compensation determined

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration plus three years of behavioral health treatment experience.
• OR Doctorate in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration or a medical degree plus two years of behavioral health treatment experience.
• License or registration appropriate to the profession is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the FEP Peer and Eunoia Center Peer per guidelines; enforce policies and take corrective action as needed.
• Manage FEP Peer in collaboration with Tulane partnership staff; ensure weekly meetings and adherence to the FEP model.
• Oversee the Eunoia Center and 24/7 operations; coordinate staffing and appropriate levels of care.
• Provide guidance to staff on care coordination with internal and external providers and families.
• Provide programmatic consultation, budgeting, discharge planning, and on-site monitoring with contractors.
