You will supervise clinical and administrative staff, oversee admissions, medication services, and patient processing, and coordinate with community partners.

The role emphasizes staff development, audits, licensing, ongoing training, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2-3 years of management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Professional certifications or licensure related to the role (if applicable).
• Experience managing substance use disorder treatment programs.
• Leadership experience overseeing operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and quality of care.
• Experience serving economically and culturally diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and leadership across day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care from admission through ongoing treatment.
• Oversee clinical and operational functions, including admission, medication services, patient processing, chart preparation, and coordination with community partners.
• Foster a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Address patient concerns, complaints, and grievances with professionalism and empathy.
• Respond to urgent occupational issues, including after-hours situations as needed.
• Monitor program performance, analyze operational metrics, and identify opportunities to improve processes and patient outcomes.
• Manage revenue collection and oversee expenditures to keep the center within budget.
• Develop staff schedules balancing patient needs and efficiency to minimize overtime.
• Oversee staff onboarding, growth opportunities, and regular meetings.
