Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience on a multidisciplinary team is a plus.
• Understanding of behavioral health authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and analyze practice management reports for corrective actions.
• Monitor office and clinical supplies related to ACT operations.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager to deliver daily services to clients.
• Prepare data for daily meetings and assist in decision making.
• Maintain a daily client roster and brief encounter documentation.
• Coordinate intake of new clients with the intake specialist.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing for ACT.
• Deliver requested materials to regulatory bodies on time.
• Provide emergency back-up and incident reports when needed.
