People Encouraging People in Milford Mill, MD, is seeking a Program Coordinator to join the ACT Team. The role involves organizing nonclinical operations, triaging calls, coordinating team communication, and deescalating client concerns.

You’ll manage PHI flow, budgeting records, and policy implementation under the Program Manager's direction. The position requires healthcare admin experience, teamwork across disciplines, and adherence to licensing standards while supporting effective treatment

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience working on a multidisciplinary team.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience can substitute for a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Create, review, and analyze practice management reports.
• Monitor office supplies and related equipment.
• Direct team to deliver daily services to clients.
• Coordinate intake of new clients with the intake specialist.
• Maintain daily logs of clients and service encounters.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing standards for ACT.
