Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator to join a multidisciplinary treatment team. The role focuses on administrative support, maintaining patient records, coordinating scheduling, and delivering customer service to visitors and callers in a behavioral health setting.

The HUC will perform clerical duties, data entry, and documentation while supporting direct-care staff and ensuring smooth office operations within Arizona programs.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Health Unit Coordinator in a hospital setting, or EMT/CNA, or equivalent combination.
• Current Arizona driver's license.
• EMT certification (Arizona) preferred but not required.
• CNA certification (Arizona) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to direct-care staff.
• Complete clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to visitors and callers.
