Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Program Assistant to support Health Home operations across multiple site locations in Arizona.

The role focuses on organizing, coordinating, and monitoring clinical workflows, managing reports and medical records, and maintaining meeting records while providing essential administrative activities. The Program Assistant will coordinate intakes with the Clinical Assessor, oversee staff schedules, and handle office and supply orders in collaboration with

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• 1 or more years of clerical and/or administrative experience is preferred.
• Valid identification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intakes with Clinical Assessor.
• Oversee staff schedules and facilitate office/supply orders with the Site Manager.
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor clinical operations of the Health Home site.

Job Summary

The Program Assistant works with multiple interdisciplinary teams at the CBI sites to organize, coordinate, and monitor all clinical operations of the Health Home site, including managing reports, medical records, maintaining meeting records, and providing administrative activities. The Program Assistant will also coordinate intakes with Clinical Assessor, oversee staff schedules and facilitate any office/supply orders with the Site Manager.

Skills/Requirements

• Highschool Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
