Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM seeks an Operations Coordinator for Behavioral Health. You will support program operations, manage call schedules for physicians and APCs, and coordinate intake and scheduling for multiple programs.

The role includes payroll duties for the area, plus developing resource guides and organizing education events. You will drive provider outreach, build relationships with clinicians, and support CME credit tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years experience in healthcare operations or related college coursework.
• Strong knowledge of clinic and hospital operations, EPIC and other clinical applications.
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills; excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Strong facilitation, organizational and computing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for Behavioral Health Programs, including communications and meeting coordination.
• Maintain physician and APC call schedules and assist with scheduling intake for programs.
• Oversee payroll for the assigned area, including special pay preparation and management.
• Develop and update resource guides; organize educational events and track CME credits.
• Develop provider outreach and relationships; expand outreach network.
