Foundry Front Range in Colorado is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Manager to lead the BHT team in a residential behavioral health and substance use treatment setting. You will supervise, train, and schedule staff, ensuring client-centered care and regulatory adherence.

You will partner with Clinical, Nursing, Medical, HR, and Operations leaders to maintain service quality, safety, and efficient daily operations while upholding standards of care and accountability.

Formación

• Supervise and develop BHT staff; address performance.
• Staffing and resource management to ensure coverage.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy requirements.
• Experience with crisis prevention and CPR/First Aid.
• Experience with Joint Commission and BHA standards.
• Training or certification in crisis de-escalation.
• CAT/CAS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision, leadership, coaching, and performance management for Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Oversee BHT scheduling, shift coverage, and staffing needs.
• Monitor overtime and staffing utilization and adjust with leadership.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and development of BHT staff.
• Establish and reinforce attendance, professionalism, communication, and documentation expectations.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and respect.
• Serve as leadership resource for BHT staff while maintaining supervisory boundaries.
• Ensure client observations, rounds, and essential BHT duties are completed.
• Monitor staff professional boundaries and client interactions.
• Provide support during crises, safety incidents, and behavioral concerns.
• Monitor BHT documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Nursing, Medical, HR, and Operations leadership.
• Address performance, conduct, and policy concerns with HR.
• Monitor daily BHT operations and remove barriers to client care.
• Participate in incident reviews, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
• Maintain communication between BHT staff, shifts, and leadership.
• Assist with BHT policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Assist leadership for audits and accreditation activities.
• Participate in leadership meetings and other duties as needed.
