Job summary

TPC Wellness seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of behavioral health and recovery housing programs. This role supervises staff, ensures safety and quality, and fosters accountability and recovery-focused care.

The ideal candidate will lead with organization, crisis decision-making, and professional communication, driving a culture of recovery-oriented service and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate's degree in a human services/behavioral health field and related disciplines.
• Active CDCA (Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant) credential.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience in behavioral health or residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Recovery Support Specialists, House Monitors, and Operations Supervisors.
• Coach staff, address performance issues, and conduct evaluations.
• Oversee daily scheduling and staff orientation/training.
• Oversee admissions/discharges, resident transportation, and weekly house meetings.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and incident documentation; conduct safety inspections.
