Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a capable leader to oversee daily residential operations and support the BHT team. The role focuses on maintaining a warm, recovery‑oriented environment and ensuring adherence to all rules and procedures.

You will supervise intake, transportation, meals, and activities, while escalating crises when needed. A strong, empathetic persona and sobriety in recovery are valued as core traits for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
