Job summary
Compass Health is seeking a Medical Services Operations Manager to lead operational strategy across five counties in Western Washington. The role focuses on staffing models, workflow optimization, and performance measurement to improve access, quality, and financial sustainability.
The ideal candidate has healthcare operations experience, strong analytics, and familiarity with behavioral health and medical service delivery.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools.
- Strong portfolio in healthcare operations and process improvement.
- Experience with EHR systems and clinical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership for Medical Services across multiple counties, sites, and programs.
- Develop and monitor workflows to improve access, efficiency, and patient experience.
- Partner with the CMO to set priorities, goals, and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee workforce allocation, productivity, and capacity optimization.
- Lead policy and standard implementation across Medical Services.
- Collaborate with leadership to support growth and program development.
- Establish caseload standards and monitor provider utilization.
- Forecast demand and optimize staffing to reduce wait times.
- Develop KPIs and scorecards for operational performance and reporting.
