Qualifications

• Minimum: Associate’s degree in healthcare, business administration, social work, or related field.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, social work, or related field.
• Preferred: 3+ years managing teams of 15 or more.
• Preferred: Experience with nonprofit organizations and behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning for the Behavioral Health Department and supervise non-clinical staff.
• Develop policies and procedures for an integrated behavioral health program.
• Coordinate with QA and measure/track grant opportunities and program compliance.
• Create, monitor, and report on performance metrics to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee calendars, agendas, meeting minutes, and project status for the BH team.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of patient records and regulatory compliance.
