Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for behavioral health clinics.
• Coordinate provider, staff, and clinic operational activities.
• Monitor quality, productivity, access, and financial performance indicators.
• Support onboarding, training, and workflow development for staff.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, payer, and regulatory requirements.
