Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) seeks a Behavioral Health Operations & Planning Manager to lead the CBH budget, grants, and contracting processes. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will supervise staff and coordinate with federal, state, and legislative partners to advance behavioral health services across Washington.

You will influence allocations and compliance across more than $6 billion in funding, shaping policy and program delivery while navigating evolving requirements

Qualificações

• Strategic thinking to identify internal and external factors shaping the organization.
• Ability to analyze social, fiscal, and political trends affecting priorities.
• Experience allocating and managing budgets to support priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the statewide CBH budget review, planning, and oversight.
• Collaborate on SAMHSA grants, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Ensure grants compliance, audits, and reporting across accounts.
• Coordinate with Legislative Affairs on analyses and provisos.
• Serve as division contact with OFM and legislative staff.
• Oversee contract development and priority assignments.
• Advise on legal matters and plan contingencies for federal funding.
• Supervise staff and represent the agency with partners.

Formação académica

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Public Administration, Business, or related field
