Benton County in Oregon seeks a Behavioral Health Clinical Manager to lead the in-scope clinical behavioral health service portfolio within the Health Services division. You will translate divisional strategy into coordinated clinical operations across programs, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and sustainable service delivery.

This hybrid role oversees program managers, collaborates with the Health Services Business Office and Financial Services, and advises on system performance and service

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related behavioral health field.
• 7 years progressively responsible experience, including 3 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Active license in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the in-scope clinical behavioral health service portfolio.
• Translate division strategy into coordinated clinical operations across programs.
• Oversee clinical leadership staff and ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.
• Partner with Health Services Business Office and Financial Services to ensure fiscally sound services.
• Advise Division Director on clinical system performance and service improvements.
