Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 3+ years healthcare/compliance experience, or equivalent.
• Experience with government-funded contracts, subcontract monitoring, licensing, accreditation, audits, or corrective action management.
• Strong interpretation of statutes, regulations, contract provisions into practical operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract/subcontract review, execution, onboarding, monitoring, renewal activities.
• Develop subcontractor monitoring plans based on requirements and risk.
• Monitor and document licensing, insurance, and performance; coordinate corrective actions.
• Translate regulatory/ accreditation requirements into operational work plans and checklists.
• Assist with licensing reviews, CARF surveys, funder monitoring, audits, and internal reviews.
