Job summary

One Love Agency is hiring a full-time Office Administrator & Case Manager for our Idaho Falls office, starting immediately. The role combines front-desk responsibilities with our medication management clinic and a partial case management caseload for qualified candidates.

You will support intake, scheduling, records, and coverage verification while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate charting. Immediate start and competitive wage based on degree and experience are offered.

Qualifications

• Real administrative or clinic-coordination experience — scheduling, records, coverage verification, and the discipline to keep all of it accurate.
• Bachelor's degree in health and human services or related field is preferred to open the CBRS side.
• Ability to work under supervisory protocol and pass criminal history background checks as required by Idaho law.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house operations for the medication management clinic and administrative side of the behavioral health team.
• Provide intake and scheduling support for therapists, case managers, CBRS specialists, and peer support staff.
• Carry a partial caseload in case management/CBRS, with documentation and billing for client plans.
