One Love Agency is hiring a full-time CBRS Specialist for our Idaho Falls office, starting immediately.

Case management gets somebody to the door. CBRS is the person standing next to them when they walk through it — practicing the hard thing, in the real place, until it holds. If that is the part of this work you love, we are looking for you.

Who we are

For more than fifteen years we have walked with families through the hardest seasons of their lives. Six offices now, across Idaho and Utah. Adults in crisis. Kids and families who need someone in their corner. People finding their way back from addiction. We serve the folks other systems have the hardest time holding onto.

We run on a Hawaiian word: hānai — to take in, to raise as your own. That is how we treat our clients and it is how we treat each other. When someone joins One Love, they join a family.

We also work like a village. The CBRS specialist, the case manager, the therapist, the peer support specialist, the front desk, the biller — every one of us is standing in a circle around a client. Nobody is the star and nobody is support staff. We each carry a piece, and we carry it for each other.

And we hold to three things we call the Big C's:

Clients. They are the reason for every decision we make. Not the schedule, not the paperwork, not convenience. Them.

Compliance. A note written well is proof a person was actually served. It is how we protect a client's access to care, protect the staff who provide it, and protect the agency that employs them. We stay at 100% — not because someone is watching, but because the people we serve cannot afford for us to slip.

Community Partners. Schools, courts, the hospital, Health and Welfare, recovery programs, housing and benefits offices. They send us people they are responsible for, and that trust is on loan.

The work

You will deliver skills building and rehabilitative support to both adults and youth in Idaho Falls — working the goals written in the client's treatment plan, in the office, in the home, at the school, and out in the community where the skill actually has to work.

Day to day that looks like: teaching, modeling, and practicing daily living, social, coping, symptom-management, problem-solving, and community-integration skills; helping a young person hold it together in a classroom; helping an adult keep a routine, a job, or a housing placement; and reinforcing what the therapist and the case manager are building so the whole plan pulls one direction.

You will work under supervisory protocol, with your skills plan approved and signed by a master's-level or independently licensed clinician, and alongside our case managers, therapists, and peer support staff. You will report to our Idaho Falls Director with a full administrative team behind you.

And you will carry the documentation — timely, tied to the plan and the CDA, unit-accurate, and built to hold up under a Medicaid or IBHP review.

Required

• Bachelor's-level degree, meeting Idaho Behavioral Health Plan CBRS / skills building qualifications, and able to practice under supervisory protocol
• Ability to pass an Idaho Department of Health and Welfare criminal history background check and be cleared before direct client contact
• Clear of any state or federal exclusion list (OIG LEIE / SAM) — we verify at hire and monitor on an ongoing basis, as Medicaid participation requires
• Valid Idaho driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Comfort with electronic health records and a real commitment to same-week documentation
• Willingness to work where the client is — home, school, and community, not only the office

What makes you stand out

• You have done this work. CBRS, skills building, YES, behavioral aide, or equivalent community-based experience — you are not learning the job on our clients.
• You are good with kids and good with adults. This caseload is both, and the skill set is not identical.
• You know how the system moves. Treatment plans, CDAs, units and authorizations, medical necessity, IBHP expectations. You know what makes a note billable and what makes it true.
• You are solid on documentation. Your notes are on time, tied to the goal on the plan, and hold up under review.
• CANS certification (Idaho YES) for the youth side of the caseload
• Crisis de-escalation training, behavior management experience, or work with co-occurring substance use
• Bilingual or multilingual ability — a genuine gift in this role, though not required
• Trauma-informed, culturally humble, patient, and steady when a day goes sideways
