Job description

Aloha, and Welcome.

We are One Love Agency, and we are looking for a Behavioral Health Medication Management Provider to join our growing behavioral health team.

Before we tell you about the position, we want to tell you about us. Because the right provider isn’t just looking for a job. They’re looking for a place where their work matters.

Who We Are

For more than fifteen years, we have walked alongside Idaho families through some of the most difficult seasons of their lives.

Today, we serve communities across multiple offices throughout Idaho. We support refugee families rebuilding their lives, individuals navigating serious mental illness, people fighting their way back from addiction, children and families in crisis, and community members who need someone willing to stay in the fight with them.

At One Love Agency, we operate from a Hawaiian value called hānai: to take in, nurture, and care for another as your own.

That principle shapes everything we do.

We do not see clients as appointments on a schedule. We see people. Families. Stories. Futures. And we believe care happens best when it happens together.

The therapist, case manager, peer support specialist, behavioral health worker, front office team, and medication provider all stand in a circle around the client. Nobody works alone. Nobody carries the burden alone. We succeed together, and our clients heal together.

Big Three:
Clients

Every decision begins here. Not productivity. Not convenience. Not paperwork. The person sitting across from us matters most.

Compliance

Good care deserves good documentation. Compliance is not about checking boxes. It protects access to care, demonstrates medical necessity, supports quality outcomes, and ensures families continue receiving services when they need them most.

Community Partners

Schools. Hospitals. Resettlement agencies. Primary care providers. Courts. Shelters. Advocacy organizations. The trust they place in us is earned every day, and we work hard to honor it.

What This Role Really Is

You will provide psychiatric medication management services for children, adolescents, and adults receiving behavioral health treatment and addiction treatment.

But this position is about more than prescribing medications. We are looking for someone who understands that medication is one piece of a person’s recovery journey. Someone who listens before they treat. Someone who understands the difference between managing symptoms and changing lives.

You will work closely with therapists, case managers, CBRS providers, peer support specialists, and community partners to create integrated treatment plans that help people move forward.

Some days that means stabilizing severe depression. Some days it means helping a refugee family understand psychiatric treatment for the first time. Some days it means helping a teenager find the right medication after years of struggling. And sometimes it simply means being the calm, steady voice that reminds someone they are not alone.

That matters here.

Help expand access to psychiatric services in communities where quality mental health care remains difficult to find.
