Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time day shift in Behavioral Health Outpatient: Therapy Support Services. You will prepare patients, perform labs, assist providers, and administer medications under physician orders.

The position requires an LPN and BLS; certification within 45 days may be required. No experience is necessary, but strong communication, organizational skills and EMR proficiency are important.

Competenze

• LPN license in the state where you practice; BLS certification within 45 days unless exempted by leadership.
• No experience required.

Mansioni

• Prepare and room patients, obtain vital signs, and document health information.
• Perform laboratory procedures using sterile technique and infection control guidelines.
• Assist physicians with procedures and surgeries as needed.
• Administer medications per orders, including IV therapy within scope and under supervision.
• Provide patient education and coordinate referrals and tests.
• Communicate with the care team and document patient conditions accurately.
• Perform advanced clinical tasks under supervision with demonstrated competency.
• Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms and equipment.
