Job summary

Atrium Health Behavioral Health Charlotte is hiring for a full-time Therapy Support Services position in the outpatient setting. The role provides 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday day shift, with benefits eligibility and a pay range of $24.10–$36.15 per hour.

Responsibilities include nursing tasks, patient preparation, assisting providers, medication administration, and collaboration with the health care team. Licensure and BLS are required with program completion of Practical Nursing.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification within 45 days of start.
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and rooms the patient for exam and records vital signs.
• Assists physician with procedures and surgeries as directed.
• Administers medications under physician orders and manages IV therapy as allowed by scope of practice.
• Documents patient information and coordinates referrals and follow-up.
