Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient computer skills including keyboarding and electronic medical records experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and room patients for exams; obtain vital signs and document health information.
• Perform laboratory procedures using aseptic technique and infection control guidelines.
• Assist physicians with procedures and surgeries as needed.
• Administer medications under orders, including IV therapy with limitations.
• Provide patient education and coordinate referrals and tests as needed.
• Document patient conditions and communicate with the health care team.
