Job summary

CTG is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Project Manager to support a major Behavioral Health initiative. This role will work closely with the Behavioral Health leadership team and serve as a key liaison between CTG, Epic, and internal IT stakeholders to ensure successful planning, coordination, and execution of project activities.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required for this role.
• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare technology or operations.
• Experience coordinating large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with healthcare organizations, clinical operations, or behavioral health programs.
• Excellent facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Behavioral Health leadership to support strategic and operational project initiatives.
• Coordinate activities between CTG, Epic, internal IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, risk logs, and issue tracking.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked and completed on schedule.
• Manage scope, risks, assumptions, and change requests throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing, training, readiness, and implementation activities as needed.
• Support workflow discussions and operational planning with clinical, technical, and admin stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and barriers and drive timely resolution.
• Prepare executive updates and project status presentations for leadership.
• Promote collaboration and communication across teams and departments.
