Job summary

CTG is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Project Manager to support a major Behavioral Health initiative. You will partner with leadership and serve as a liaison between CTG, Epic, and IT stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute project activities.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized healthcare IT project manager with PMP certification, 5+ years of experience, and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Certification in project management is required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare tech or operations.
• Experience coordinating large cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with healthcare organizations, clinical operations, or behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Behavioral Health leadership to support strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate activities between CTG, Epic, internal IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk logs.
• Facilitate meetings, steering committees, and communications.
• Ensure milestones and dependencies are tracked and completed on schedule.
• Manage scope, risks, assumptions, and change requests.
• Coordinate testing, training, readiness, and implementation activities.
• Prepare executive updates and status presentations.
