Job summary

Katalyst-Healthcares- is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software/clinical projects within healthcare. You will plan, track, and deliver milestones, coordinate stakeholders, and manage risks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include creating detailed work plans, communicating scope and timelines, and ensuring resources are aligned to project goals. A PMP is preferred and 3-5 years of PM experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in software or clinical application projects.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, schedule, track, and manage project deliverables, goals, and milestones workstreams.
• Create detailed work plans identifying activities, resources, and objectives.
• Develop and communicate project scope, timeline, resources, and assumptions.
• Map dependencies across workstreams to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders impacted by scope, budget, risk, and resources.
• Proactively report on project status to leadership and team members.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate issues.
