Qualifications

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Professional Counselor.
• Experience leading behavioral health teams or departments is preferred.
• Strong coaching and supervision skills for clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Directs Behavioral Health Consultants and provides program direction.
• Schedules work assignments and sets priorities for the department.
• Oversees hiring decisions and staff performance evaluations.
• Provides clinical oversight and ongoing coaching to meet departmental objectives.
• Coordinates onboarding and training for new hires at designated sites.
• Offers crisis triage and on-site behavioral health interventions.
• Collaborates with medical teams to integrate behavioral health with primary care.
• Maintains regular attendance and performs other duties as assigned.
