Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Behavioral Health or related field.
• Current NC licensure as LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT required.
• Experience supervising behavioral health professionals preferred.
• Ability to provide clinical supervision while maintaining caseload.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of therapists across multiple locations.
• Provide administrative oversight, workforce development, and QA.
• Deliver outpatient therapy with a reduced caseload and supervise 10–15 therapists.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and MAHEC policies.
