Berkshire Medical Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) clinician to join the primary care team. The role focuses on assessment, brief treatment, and collaboration with psychiatric providers to meet patients' behavioral health needs.

The BHI clinician conducts 4–6 sessions, uses screening measures, and helps connect patients to community resources, while supporting the primary care team with timely BH consultations.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in psychiatric, community mental health, or health care setting in direct clinical care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based brief treatment; Behavioral Activation, Problem Solving Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• Prior experience with integration of behavioral health and primary care, wellness, and population health desirable.
• Experience in providing education on behavioral health topics to patients, families & health care providers is preferred.
• MA licensure (LCSW/LMHC) in MA or equivalent required.
