Job summary

Brown University Health is seeking an Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Clinician to work closely with primary care teams, providing rapid behavioral health assessment, triage, and brief treatment embedded in the practice.

You will collaborate with PCPs, navigate patients to appropriate resources, and assist with crisis intervention and relapse prevention. Rhode Island licensure is required and experience in pediatric behavioral health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Rhode Island as LICSW, LMHC or Psychologist in good standing.
• Experience in behavioral health or medical settings with child clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with primary care providers to recognize, treat, and manage mental health issues.
• Triage referrals and provide brief treatment or crisis intervention as appropriate.
• Provide telephonic/telemedicine consultations and education to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with care managers, navigators, and external services.
