Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Client Insurance Specialist to support client insurance coverage, renewals, and self-pay options in a Southeast/Central Ohio community health setting. The role emphasizes education for staff, coordination with billing and clinical teams, and compliance with HIPAA.

The position reports to leadership and requires knowledge of Ohio Medicaid, managed care, and payer authorization processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ohio Medicaid and payer authorization processes is required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with self-pay options and good faith estimates.
• Collaborate with clinical, intake, billing, and leadership teams to ensure continuity of care.
