Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers in Utah seeks an Admissions Specialist to guide clients through the admissions process, educate about services, and secure referrals. You’ll work with families, professionals, and clients to match programs, maintaining strong relationships and timely follow-up.

The role requires 2+ years of sales or marketing experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with CRM/EMR skills and excellent communication. Orem area, on-site, full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years related experience in sales/marketing.
• 3+ years in sales and marketing or account management.
• Expert understanding of sales processes and customer relations.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficient in CRM and EMR software.
• Exceptional customer service skills and client connection.
• Ability to perform in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Accurate and efficient electronic data entry.
• Punctual with excellent attendance.
• Multitask and communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Thrives in a changing work environment including inside, outside, and loud noise level.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal teams to understand OCD Anxiety Centers services and effectively communicates program features and benefits to potential and existing clients.
• Maintains and grows existing client relationships by learning and following admissions skills.
• Responds to inquiries within 24 hours with empathy and knowledge.
• Schedules prospective clients with therapists for intake appointments.
• Follows up with prospective clients to maintain stage conversion rates and reschedule cancelled appointments.
• Enters data accurately into CRM and other platforms before end of work day.
• Helps navigate barriers for clients and assists them into OCD Anxiety Centers programs.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in communications, sales, or a related field or 2 years of related experience in sales or marketing in lieu of a degree
