Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required upon hire.
• Strong oral and written communication skills essential for interacting with physicians and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate growth in ARCTH services by following the development plan and targeting stakeholders to increase utilization.
• Develop monthly/quarterly sales plans with tracking of financial and volume contributions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to improve service offerings and physician utilization.
• Meet or exceed defined volume and activity targets; document stakeholder visits and performance.
