Spark Recovery seeks a Business Development Representative to drive growth by building relationships with physicians, therapists, hospitals, and community organizations in designated territories. You will manage outreach, host educational events, and collaborate with clinical teams to streamline patient referrals and admissions.

The role emphasizes travel within local areas, strong communication, and a client-focused sales mindset to expand treatment access and improve outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with prior experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment, or sales and marketing within the treatment and recovery industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to travel locally.
• Demonstrates exemplary customer service and sales closing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, target, and establish relationships with referral sources in assigned territories.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person visits to strengthen partnerships.
• Host educational events to promote the facility’s services and grow referrals.
• Achieve or exceed monthly referral and admissions targets.
• Maintain records and provide weekly progress reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure smooth patient transitions.
