Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM systems and managing an active outreach pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with treatment providers, therapists, physicians, hospitals, community organizations, and other referral sources.
• Conduct proactive outreach to prospective referral partners and healthcare professionals.
• Generate and qualify new opportunities through calls, email, networking, social outreach, and community engagement.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing referral partners.
• Represent the organization at community events, conferences, networking opportunities, and professional meetings.
• Identify gaps within existing referral networks and develop strategies for expanding market presence.
• Coordinate closely with admissions to ensure qualified referrals and leads are properly communicated and tracked.
• Partner with marketing on outreach initiatives, messaging, campaigns, and brand awareness.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, referrals, conversations, and follow-up within the CRM.
• Track outreach performance and identify opportunities to improve referral activity and conversion.
• Maintain a strong understanding of available treatment programs, services, and clinical criteria.
• Monitor market activity, industry trends, community needs, and potential growth opportunities.
