Job summary

Mount Carmel Behavioral Health in Columbus, OH is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to join our team. This role performs general clerical duties, assists with front desk reception, greets visitors, and supports a secure office environment.

The position offers a $15.00–$20.00 hourly pay range, a 4 day, 10 hour shift (9:00 am–7:30 pm) with every other weekend, and the opportunity to work as part of a hospital-focused behavioral health team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling front office reception and general administrative duties.
• Serves visitors, vendors and other outside guests by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
• Notify facility personnel of visitor’s arrival.
• Maintain security by following established procedures including monitoring guest logbook and issuing visitor badges, if required.
• Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure a well-stocked office.
• Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
• Handle facility inquiries and provide general information.
• Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
• Copy, file and update paper and electronic documents.
