Zusammenfassung

LifeStance Health seeks a Behavioral Health Sales Representative to grow referral volume by engaging primary and specialty care providers in Minneapolis, MN. You will spend about 3 days per week in the field with some overnight travel, and the remaining days will be virtual, representing LifeStance clinicians to partners.

Reporting to the National Business Development Director, you will build relationships, develop call plans, and deliver education about LifeStance services to drive patient

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing, sales, and/or business development experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to facilitate dialogue resulting in referrals.
• Proactive self-starter with goal achievement and metric targets.
• Comfort using data to prioritize efforts and drive performance.
• Use Salesforce daily to document visits and manage book of business.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with referring providers to drive patient volume.
• Plan and conduct in-person visits to offices and care sites.
• Serve as LifeStance knowledge expert to connect patients with care.
• Coordinate meetings with clinical leadership to increase clinician interactions.
• Expand referral networks by engaging senior leaders.
• Attend local conferences and marketing opportunities.
• Maintain high integrity and compliance with policies and laws.
