Job summary

LifeStance Health in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Clinician Liaison to drive referrals from primary and specialty care. You will represent LifeStance clinicians and build meaningful relationships to grow patient referrals.

You will spend about 3 days/week in the field visiting partner sites and 2 days weekly via virtual engagement, collaborating with clinical and operations teams to hardwire referral relationships. Competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing, sales, and/or business development experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to facilitate dialogue resulting in referrals.
• Proactive self-starter with goal achievement mindset.
• Use Salesforce daily for visits and call-plan tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships to keep providers informed and optimize care delivery.
• Create call plans to drive patient volume to LS practices.
• Plan frequent in-person visits to primary and specialty care offices and hospitals.
• Be a knowledge expert on LifeStance therapies and patient types served.
• Coordinate meetings with local operations to increase touchpoints with referral partners.
• Arrange educational meetings with clinical leadership to increase clinician interactions.
• Use virtual touches when in-person visits aren’t possible.
• Attend local conferences and marketing opportunities as needed.
• Develop relationships with senior leaders of care groups to expand referrals.
• Operate with high integrity and comply with policies and laws.
