Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks a driven Clinician Liaison to grow referral networks across Minneapolis, MN, through field visits and strong partner relationships. You will educate providers on LifeStance therapies and coordinate with operations to maximize local touchpoints.

The role requires 1–2 years in marketing/sales, a business-minded degree, and daily Salesforce usage. In-market duties are 70% field and 30% virtual, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing, sales, and/or business development experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to facilitate dialogue with contacts that result in receiving the next referral.
• Proactive self-starter who is motivated to achieve goals and metric-based targets.
• Open to feedback to optimize call plan impact.
• Comfort using data to prioritize efforts and drive improved performance.
• Ability to document visits in Salesforce.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create a high impact call plan with referring providers and care sites to drive patient volume to our practices.
• Plan and conduct frequent in-person visits to primary and specialty care offices, hospital discharge planners, and other referral sources.
• Serve as a knowledge expert in the therapeutic services offered by LifeStance and the patient types we serve.
• Collaborate with the local practice operations team to increase local touch points with existing referral partners.
• Arrange educational meetings with LifeStance’s clinical leadership teams to increase clinician-to-clinician interactions.
• Utilize virtual and digital touches when in-person visits are not possible.
• Attend local conferences and marketing opportunities as needed.
• Expand referral relationships by engaging senior leaders of primary and specialty care groups.
• Operate with high integrity in compliance with policies and laws.
