Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a motivated Behavioral Health Sales Representative to drive referral volume from primary and specialty care physicians, referral coordinators, and hospital discharge planners in the Minneapolis market. You will spend about 70% in the field visiting referral partner sites and the remaining time virtually, reporting to the National Business Development Director.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing, sales, or business development experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to facilitate dialogue that results in referrals.
• Proactive self-starter with goal and metric orientation.
• Team-oriented with accountability.
• Comfort using data to prioritize efforts and improve performance.
• Willingness to receive constructive feedback to optimize plans.
• Proficient in documenting visits in Salesforce per LS expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage expectations and build relationships with providers to optimize care delivery.
• Create a high-impact call plan to drive patient volume to LS practices.
• Conduct frequent in-person visits to offices and referral sources to advance shared patient relationships.
• Serve as a knowledge expert on LS therapeutic services and patient types.
• Coordinate with local practice operations to increase touchpoints with referral partners.
• Arrange educational meetings with clinical leadership to boost clinician interactions.
• Use virtual/digital touches when in-person visits aren’t possible.
• Attend local conferences and marketing opportunities as needed.
• Develop relationships with senior leaders of primary and specialty care groups.
• Operate with integrity, complying with policies and laws.
