Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an Inpatient RN on a full-time basis for the Emergency Department with a $41.50 minimum hourly rate, plus up to $7 shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Eligible candidates may receive a hiring incentive up to $21,500 and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of behavioral health nursing experience required; two years preferred.
• Graduate from Nursing Specialty Training Program or equivalent.
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred; licensure to practice in state.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to behavioral health patients in emergency settings.
• Use evidence-based assessment and de-escalation to ensure safety and stabilization.
• Collaborate with ED physicians, psychiatrists, social workers, and team for high-quality care.
