Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, perform and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and family.
• Administer treatments and medications per policy and procedure.
• Educate patients and families for discharge planning and chronic condition management.
• Promote safety and high-quality patient experiences.
